Operating a mobile game worldwide means complying with GDPR (EU), COPPA (US), and other regional data laws. Our terms provide a framework, but you are ultimately responsible for legal compliance in your target markets.
Neglecting Account Security
Using weak passwords or sharing credentials within a studio can lead to data breaches. We enforce basic password standards, but strong security practices (like 2FA) are your responsibility.
Uploading Prohibited Content
Content promoting hate, violence, or illegal activities is strictly forbidden. Uploads are scanned, but manual reporting is crucial. A single violation can result in immediate account suspension.
Section 3.0
Intellectual Property & Content
You retain ownership of any original content you create and upload to markivo.space (e.g., game concepts, art assets, design documents). However, by uploading content, you grant Markivo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing our services.
Critical Limitation
This license does NOT grant us ownership or the right to resell your content. It simply allows our technical infrastructure to function. You can remove your content at any time, which will revoke the license for future use.
Respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our platform without authorization, please contact our designated agent at info@markivo.space with the subject line "DMCA Notice".

User Content
Any data, text, images, or code you upload or submit to our platform.
Real-world implication: If you upload a game sprite for feedback, that's User Content. You own it, we display it.
Service Interruption
A period where core website functions are unavailable to users.
Real-world implication: A planned server update on a Tuesday morning is a controlled interruption.
Termination
The permanent removal of your account and associated data.
Real-world implication: Can occur for severe TOS violations or at your direct request via support channels.
